After 16 years in the business, we’ve learned that prep work is the most important part of any paint job. Objects and surfaces that will not be painted will be covered and protected. Painting surfaces will be meticulously prepared. The result of all this preparation is a pleasant experience and a beautiful paint job to enjoy for years to come.

Our Residential Painting Services Include:

All furnishings and floors will be covered and protected.
Hardware will be removed and re-installed, including curtain rods, window latches, switch plates and cover plates.
Walls will be scraped, patched, and sanded. Re-inspections and patches will be applied as needed.
Wall and ceiling cracks will be filled with spackling compound. When the compound is dry, we will sand it smooth.
We scrape and sand rough areas created by previous paint failures.
Glossy surfaces and trim will be sanded and cleaned for proper paint adhesion.
Water and tannin wood stains will be sealed.
Cracks in wood trim and along wall/trim will be caulked.
Unused paint will be labeled and left at the job site upon completion.
We will clean up and vacuum work areas at the end of each day.
All debris will be hauled away.
